We were asked to create a light-flooded glass extension, including a kitchen. The challenge involved gaining planning permission.

We worked efficiently and productively with the client, to obtain planning permission and a building warrant, allowing the works to go ahead, while still meeting the hopes of homeowner.

The extension is at the rear of the property, and involved the removal of a load bearing wall, along with the associated new beam and supportive structure. Our expert and experienced builders undertook this with minimal disruption, and ensured safety throughout. Underfloor heating was then installed.
We worked carefully to install the fully glazed bespoke windows, along with the zinc roof and roof light. This has enabled a bright and airy extension, and really showcases the exposed sand stone walls which we worked on. Furthermore, the natural light really does justice to the beautiful bespoke oak curved worktops.
Our tilers finished the look with a tile splash back, and tiled floors, in the kitchen.
