Here we were asked to undertake a full refurbishment of this apartment, particularly making some notable structural changes, as well as works both inside and outside the property.

We brought in a number of different skilled A1 professionals on to this project.

From the early stages of planning, our expertise was utilised to help obtain a building warrant. We needed to work comprehensively throughout the two bedroom apartment.
Preparation works included removing some old stairs, and installing a new joist. In addition, new floorboards needed to be laid. New electrical wiring was required, as well as repositioning of the existing heating system. It was also necessary to organise new drainage and a water supply connection.
From here, we were able to construct the new utility room, as well as install two new wet rooms. A completely new kitchen installation was also completed. We then used a stylish palette of greys, from Farrow and Ball, to showcase the different patterns and fabrics, throughout the property.
Outside, we completed some wooden fence work and installed a new gate. We then undertook landscaping to the garden.

The entire two bedroom apartment looks absolutely stunning – both inside and out.
