There was no doubt that this was a challenging project, owing to the scale of the works. Multiple challenges were faced, and expertly scaled.

We began by working closely with the help of our architect, Martin McMullen. With his clear and precise plans, we were able to plan a schedule of works, ensuring that all trades worked alongside each other, to stay on deadline and budget.

All structural work was completed in the first instance, alongside a site wide rewire. The new commercial kitchen, complete with us installing a pizza oven and stone, was installed with utmost expertise.
We also took charge of all interior design. As part of this, we used natural décor stone walls, and tiled floors. We integrated a speaker system, and designer lights, which sit well alongside the acoustic ceiling. We also sourced and ordered all interior furniture and decorations from Italy.

The Cavaliere is now a thriving and successful restaurant, in part due to its striking, yet functional, interior and professional kitchen.
