This project actually involved two extensions, to create an impressive large addition of space, fitted out to a luxury standard.

We began at the design stage, obtaining architect drawings, the building warrant and planning permission. From here, we project managed the entire build and completion.

The Technical skills needed included: removing external walls; fitting stained glass windows, flawless rendering; installation of French doors and a pitched roof window, along with other burglary-proof glazing; installation of underfloor heating; multiple oak elements, including flooring; bespoke kitchen installation, with Aga; painting and decorating; roof installation; plastering; and stone work tops. We also installed various electrical components, including a new fire alarm system, consumer unit, CCTV, smart automation and external lights.
Externally, we built an Indian sandstone patio with granite steps and garden walls. The external look was completed with Siberian Lach wood cladding.

The client was extremely pleased with the finished result, and the standard of luxury we achieved, within the anticipated timescale.
