The scope of this project was to take a tired flat, and transform it in to a stylish living space, incorporating two wet rooms and a kitchen.

Using our broad spectrum of skills, we were able to fully transform this dated flat, to create a wonderful and inspiring living space. The attic conversion included establishing two new wet rooms, with walk in showers. A bespoke kitchen (Howdens) was also included, making best use of limited space.

The important thing was to ensure that the design and consistency of the work was true throughout the flat. This was achieved using complementary Farrow & Ball grey paint colours, as well as clever use of grey tiling. We also made sure we sympathetically restored the original cornicing, windows and shutters.

The conversion required all floors to be sanded and sealed, a full rewire, installation of new heating system, new lighting throughout, a new structural opening, new radiators and re-plastered walls. In order to maximise the living space, we undertook a full loft conversion and fitted mechanical stairs.

We achieved a total ‘Changing Rooms’ style transformation, incorporating exceptional design with construction know-how.
